4. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes where required.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors or product availability.

5. Dropshipping Model

Blueye operates on a dropshipping model. This means:

• Products are sourced and shipped directly from our international suppliers.
• Shipping times may vary depending on the supplier, product, and destination country.
• Product packaging may differ from what is shown on the product page.
• Actual product appearance may vary slightly from listing images due to manufacturing differences.
• Some products may ship from multiple warehouses, resulting in separate deliveries.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Paystack. We accept major credit/debit cards, mobile money, and bank transfers depending on your region. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms, times, and costs are described in our Shipping Information page. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping providers, or circumstances beyond our control.
