Return Window
You may request a return within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
How to Request a Return
- Contact our support team at support@blueye.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the item back using the provided return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Perishable goods and personal care items
- Custom or personalized products
Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider, typically 5-10 business days after we confirm the refund. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
AliExpress Buyer Protection
Many of our products are backed by AliExpress Buyer Protection. If your order does not arrive within the promised delivery window, or is significantly not as described, you may be eligible for a full refund through the AliExpress dispute system. Contact us and we will assist you with the process.
