How Shipping Works
Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we source your item directly from our trusted network of international suppliers. Items are shipped from the supplier's warehouse to your delivery address. Full tracking is provided for every order.

Free Shipping
Standard shipping is free on orders above $75 USD (or equivalent in your local currency). Items priced under $14 ship free on standard shipping.
How Shipping Costs Are Calculated
Shipping is simple and transparent:
- Items under $14: Standard shipping is free. Express shipping is 10% of the item price.
- Items $14 and above: Shipping is 10% of the item price.
- Orders above $75: Standard shipping is always free.
Order Tracking
Every order comes with tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime from your Order Tracking page.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@blueye.shop. We will investigate with the shipping provider and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or full refund through our buyer protection policy.
